Very Bad

Very Bad Service from Nilkamal , I couldn't use the table at least once because when the parcel received some parts were damaged. The Installation engineer reported the details of damaged part , but it is not replaced yet.Recently I received a e mail from Nilkamal stating " Your complaint dropped " .Not getting line through to talk with you in the number.
