Don’t Buy – You’ll Be Stuck Chasing Them Forever

The Nilkamal Mozart Queen Bed With Storage (Walnut) may look nice, but the real pain begins after delivery. It’s been weeks since I received the bed, and despite countless follow-ups, the installation still hasn’t been done.

Every time I call, I’m told “it will be done in 24 hours” — and that’s where it ends. Empty promises, no action. If this is how long they take just to install it, I can only imagine the nightmare if something goes wrong and you need service later.

Don’t buy this unless you’re ready to waste your time endlessly following up. The product is decent, but Nilkamal’s customer service is absolutely terrible

Great Product, but Extremely Poor Installation and After-Sales Service

I recently ordered the Nilkamal Mozart Queen Bed With Storage (Walnut). The product itself looks good and seems to be of solid quality. However, the overall experience has been spoiled by the extremely poor installation and service support.

The bed was delivered weeks ago, and ever since then, I’ve been trying to get it installed. Despite raising an installation request immediately and following up repeatedly, the team has not shown up. Every time I call, I’m told it will be done “within 24 hours” — and yet, nothing happens. It’s been weeks, and the bed is still lying unassembled.

This is not the level of service you expect after spending so much on a branded product. And if this is how difficult it is to get basic installation done, I seriously wonder what will happen if I ever need service in the future — will they ever show up?

Good product, but the after-sales service is a deal-breaker. If you’re planning to buy, be ready for endless follow-ups and delays. Nilkamal needs to take customer service more seriously
