Good product, but first consignment was incomplete

The product, prima facie, looks to be sturdy and of good quality. The installation support and customer support was also good in general. However, as a brand of good repute, Nilkamal should focus on sending right component parts in the first attempt. The installation of my wardrobe was delayed as the original consignment with 4 component packages did not have all the necessary parts. The installation person rightly identified this issue during his preliminary checks and escalated the same to the concerned team. On writing an email to the Customer care team, they shipped the missing parts (along with a couple of extra and off-specification parts) within a week. The installation person was also available for a second visit when checked and completed fixing the wardrobe. Overall, as I was not in an urgency to get this wardrobe installed, I was okay with this delay. Thanks!
