VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I bought the shoe rack. Took several days for delivery. After that the installation took nearly 10 days plus to come. The person could not assemble it as parts were all mixed up like door being too small etc. It is over a month, nobody has taken it back or refunded me. Meanwhile it is blocking my home space and everyday i have to keep seeing this flop product and very bad customer experience. Nilkamal good for plastic crates and not good furniture.

Top piece was received in cracked condition and the same was reported to Customercare at the same time . Replacement was promised on email and I am still awaiting it even after 15 days.
