Order cancelled due to deficiency in accessories as per technician for assembling the item and also no satisfied with service of installation so please cancel the order and get return back item which is packed by technician and also refund my amount paid.
Person from Blue dart came to take delivery of the item but it was not picked up by them. He stated that packing is not proper and he needs strip packing . After 2-3 days I have sent one photograph of the packing (packed boxes) but till the moment it has not been picked from my office,Please resolve this earliest and return payment I have not received my payment back till today, which was paid on 25.05.2023 and also item returned back is not lifted from delivery place..

In response to my many earlier email communications and my earlier review dated 23.4.2023, company has intimated that it has searched it's godowns and stock pan India and found that it it is not available anywhere for replacement. While it is readily available at Bhopal dealer and company point at Indore itself that too on lesser price. It is unfortunate that the company is misleading the customer. Refund is also not being made even after supply of incomplete table.

Very bad service

I placed the online order for Elegant Executive Office Table costing nearly 35000. Consignment received 10 days ago but some parts received in duplicate quantity and drawer parts missing so as to render the table incomplete and unusable. I am constantly trying to supply the missing parts and take back parts doubled. Alternatively, take back the consignment and refund the amout. But all in vain except some assurance by the support team to take action soon. Atleast the company should trust the customer and refund the amount and then take back the consignment so that I may purchase from other agency. Very pathetic and unethical behaviour of the company.
