After few days of delivery of the item , I was informed that technician will come & install it which I did it myself because of prior information

Value for money

The order and delivery process was smooth, but the company needs to double check it contents before being packed. Got a complete wrong assembly component and had to wait for over a period of 15 days before raising complaint and regular follow up with customer service to get it resolved. This all could be avoided had the delivery team been more attentive and accountable.

Nice comfortable sofa chairs

I have purchased it a month back the quality is very much good compare to other normal sofas, normal sofes cost us more then 15k per sofa but this very reasonable and very comfort.

The Nilkamal single seater is great for outdoor and indoor spaces due to its material build and also something that would last in the long run.
It is a very comfortable sofa in terms of comfort but the only con is the cushions are not very comfortable and that is something that can be improved upon,
The sofa really brings out a type of elegance to a space without dominating the space it's being placed in.
The experience with Nilkamal has been absolutely great from the time of purchase to delivery. The team in fact called to ensure every step of the way was perfect and kept me informed throughout.
