Excellent outdoor sofa. I ordered complete set from Nilkamal Furniture. Two 1 seater & One Two seater.

Satisfied

Satisfied with the product. But Not sure whether warranty will be valid since I installed it myself.
Please confirm the warranty .
After few days of delivery of the item , I was informed that technician will come & install it which I did it myself because of prior information

Value for money

The order and delivery process was smooth, but the company needs to double check it contents before being packed. Got a complete wrong assembly component and had to wait for over a period of 15 days before raising complaint and regular follow up with customer service to get it resolved. This all could be avoided had the delivery team been more attentive and accountable.

Nice comfortable sofa chairs

I have purchased it a month back the quality is very much good compare to other normal sofas, normal sofes cost us more then 15k per sofa but this very reasonable and very comfort.

Moreover this product is very good quality compare to any other brands in market
