Worst wordt worst service

You get damage product and the customer service is the most disgusting Service they ever provide. I am having the worst experience ever waited for two weeks to get the replacement for the damage products and now when I received again the damage product now they’re saying okay. Thank you for waiting. Now. We will initiate the return and you will get the refund, and this is like a fucking joke. I mean I am wondering in transit if you know the planks are getting broken, this raises a question on the durability of the product. I would not suggest you to buy anything from this brand apart from plastic.

Excellent product as well as service

After shifting to my new place I was struggling with getting a cupboard but Nilkamal definitely solved my issue. The product is very good, looks good and is very spacious. It’s designed very well and I loved the customer service. They were prompt and didn’t miss any timelines. Highly recommended!
