Delayed delivery

Nilkamal is a well known brand for its quality and worth of products. Unfortunately, the delivery an ordered item, got delayed and I had write to the customer care twice. After that only, the product was delivered. Unfortunately it was not the colour I requested for. Instead of Mango wood colour, black colour cabinet was delivered. Any way, I didn’t want to complain again. I would be happy if more attention is paid to the online orders and prompt deliveries.
