Ordered directly from Nilkamal site instead of Amazon and was pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of the service. Also the support centre lady actually spoke in understandable English. The reason I called them was the WhatsApp after the quick delivery said someone would come to install it if it’s not a DIY product and I didn’t know if this batch was DiY. The installation guy who came was efficient and never asked for money though I tipped him and he cleaned up promptly. Happy to note Indian e-commerce quality, timeliness and efficiency rivals that of Amazon.
