Assembling issue

The product is fine.. but we felt that you should have provided assistance for assembling the product. We had ordered it for my elderly mother who wasn’t able to assemble it on her own and hence had to wait for one of us to get it done for her. So she practically started using it only 2-3 days ago despite of receiving the order early.
