Product is good but service is very poor

It took them literally 7 days to arrange for assembly. That too only after countless followups with their call centre teams and service people. Their on field service folks are very unprofessional. Wont pickup their phones, wont confirm when they will be visiting you and will give fake timelines wasting your time.

The product is definitely of great quality, no doubts with that.
