Pathetic Service From Nilkamal !

First of all while ordering the product they mentioned that they will delivered it withing 6 working days.
Second thing they didn't even care to inform the customer that the product is currently out of stock and delivery will be delayed. When customer is calling them asking about the delivery then their team is mentioning currently product is out of stock and they are arranging from someother store.
Third, while explaining my concern why the earliest delivery and installation is important for me they mentioned it will take few more days to get deliver.
Finally my product got delivered after 15 days and I requested them the least can do to compensate late delivery is arranging the assembly team for installation of the product but there also I got an update please wait more 4-5 days again. Hence lastly I booked a carpenter from outside vendor for installation which is costing me another 700-800 INR.
Just coz I'm having the emergency I chose kept this product other wise I would have returned it product by seeing their service towards customer.
And Last not the least - I haven't unpacked my product and the Price of product is down by 1000.
