Pathetic service & Unprofessional team

Actually I don't want to give even 1 star for this unprofessional team of Nilkamal & thier pathetic service! I didn't get any phone call/ message/ mail from Nilkamal even after one week of booking chairs from Nilkamal website! They just take your money & forget further process! We need to do continuos follow ups by calling their customer care number! Even though we don't get any update from them regarding delivery status of our order! Just stay away from Nilkamal for peace of mind. This is my personal experience with irresponsible team of Nilkamal. My order number is #138153 placed on 01/05/25. Even after one week of booking after paying full amount I didn't get single call/ message/ update from Nilkamal

Chair is strong enough to support nearly 150kgs and comfortable to sit and work with laptop or watching TV
Definitely recommend to buy if anyone looking for it without secondary thoughts and cushion can be purchased online
