Perfect chair for work from home

Well made, good quality with no strange packaging smell. Feels great on the back. Easy to install also. The only complaint is the assembly instructions are poorly designed - it's a loose piece of paper and there's no notification about product assembly when the product gets delivered. Service providers for installation attempt to contact you only after 2-3 days. I assembled the chair myself.
