Not Sturdy and needs replacement

We patronize Neelkamal brand for decades. They are of quality oriented never compromise on this aspect. But to our utter surprise CHR2226 model is not sturdy. When you fall back you feel like falling down. Not comfortable to rest on.

I talked to customer care centre but no response so far.

Please look into matter and replace with sturdy model.
