One Chair was defective ( Broken)

We opened the items just today as the person incharge was on Ganesh Holiday.
We found the one Chair delivered was broken.
Photo uploaded . Kindly send it's replacement.

Good product

Product is good but its delivery is so delayed ,taken more than 10 days.

Value for Money and Durable

The chair is Value for Money and Durable. I was earlier skeptical of purchasing online. But it has been a smooth transaction and the chair was delivered nicely.

Its been 15 days since I am using it. It comes with a 3 year unconditional warranty, so its a peace of mind.

I guess if it is used for its intended purpose (for sitting and not jumping) it will last long. It is a chair and should be used for that only. Please do not attempt any stunts over it and it will last a lifetime. If plastic can last thousand of years in ocean then it can definitely last in our house.

One thing to add that please do not leave plastic chairs under Sun for long. Sun has deteriorating effect on plastic chair, or for that matter on every other thing. Rain is fine if you want to keep it clean :)
