Love the cabinet but loved the team more

I received a piece of shelf which had some problems. I spoke to the customer care and send the pictures to the nilkamal team. They quickly got into a action and sent me replacement immediately. I know the product is of plastic and there is a limit to how strong it can be made at such a low price but I am extremely impressed by the swift action of the employees of this company. Also they pack of the items too well.

Quality of the product is satisfactory cant say good or excellent because there are certain spaces in the panel. Moreover no personnel/engineer deputed by Nilkamal for installation, in case the product is defective then what is the remedial solution? Not satisfied with their customer service.

Quality and looks are good. But I think the price is bit too high.

Its a wonderful product. Its flexible in terms of assembling and dismantling. It is also flexible in the ways it could be used for storage at different spaces. Packing & Delivery were good.
