Good product but bad in service

Though I have not matched Apple to Apple Product based with Godrej. But Service Experience is bad. 1st The material reached after 3 days of scheduled time( I knew someone in BlueDart and followed up with him to get it closed). after that 5 days of waiting, Multiple Follow up and calls to make the installations happen. Woes does not end there; The locker keys are missing and I have recd 3 calls from Nilkamal on assuring the locker keys are reaching. That is yet to be shipped. overall a bad exp, if you charge the advance and in 15 days you cant make it operational you should pay 1,5% at least as a interest value
