Quality assurance for wood

Not an expert to give certifacate on wood,one more reason being, while installing, some top piece came off, that space is glaringly in real wood colour not brownish or chocolate colour. Look is superb, after a year, as a user, can able to certify the worthiness not usefulness.
The most appreciable, is CC contact, top class which iI never came across in my limited experience, the worst is, you will not know when you get your item after payment. Its reverse, you will have to rituaaly remind them through CC Care and no official grievance officer.
