Very prompt service. Chair is also comfortable in its price range. However, one of the chairs had two missing bases. Before despatch of the items, the inspection team should have thoroughly checked the consignment. But, the company took a prompt action for settlement of the grievance. The bases were sent, a technical person was deployed, locally who checked the chair, and fixed the bases in it. Praiseworthy services.
