Sturdy frame and comfortable cushions would have been sufficient to justify the price, however, the chair is also aesthetically pleasing and can be used in any room really, not necessarily in an office setting only. What Nilkamal needs to add to their business is 'tracking a shipment'- that is mandatory sitting in 2024. Also, they need to appreciate that no one is going to sit at home all day, every day from the day of the order, waiting for the shipment to arrive. In short, try and back up your products with some of the core aspects of online shopping.
