nice chairs but an ordinary person can not fix it on your own. needs a carpenter to fix it. so if you are alone or just ladies dont buy online

One suggestion- an instruction sheet may be sent along with the chair explaining how to assemble.

Pathetic Quality and after sales service. When you people are selling a chair that needs to be assembled, you should mention that it has to be done by the customer.
And from customer, it wont be properly assembled. This leads to your company getting a change to charge 500 Rs for assembling.
Why dont you assemble it yourself or include assembling charges in the invoice.

You people have a system that once money comes, you have enough reasons or terms and conditions to avoid refund.
