To maintain the mattress, clean it using a soft, damp cloth and avoid machine washing or drying the cover. Always place the mattress on a proper support base, as using an old or unsuitable foundation may cause apparent sagging. Bending the mattress is not recommended as it may damage the foam. It should be protected from water and other liquids at all times. Slight body impressions may develop with use, which is normal and does not affect comfort. |

The top layer of ICEFOAM® keeps the mattress cool, followed by the memory foam which adapts to your body shape and the base is 100% HD foam. The mattress is enveloped in anti-microbial Soft Breathable fabric, making it resistant to dust mites, fungus and bacteria and the knitted stretchable fabric keeps these layers settled and protected from dust. | Warranty Summary |
The mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. During the first year, any manufacturing defect will be resolved through free repair or replacement with a comparable model. After the first year, defects will be handled either through repair or a prorated credit settlement, where the value reduces based on usage over time. Once the returned mattress is received at the warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. However, it may take 7–10 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account. |

| Covered in Warranty |
The warranty covers visible sagging or indentation greater than 1.5 inches, provided it is not caused by improper use or an unsuitable base. It also includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, as well as defects in the cover zipper, excluding damage due to mishandling. A size variation of up to ±15 mm in dimensions is considered acceptable. |
| Not Covered in Warranty |
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper usage, or minor cosmetic imperfections. Issues such as stains, burns, tears, discoloration, or indentations less than 1.5 inches are excluded. Personal comfort preferences like softness or firmness are not covered. It also excludes damage caused by the user, pets, rodents, or children, as well as mattresses that are resold, used, or purchased from unauthorized sellers. Allergies, natural odors, and normal softening of foam over time are also not covered. |
